Privacy notice
Private beta · last updated October 2026. SKTA is provided by Muhammad Wajih Shahzad.
What stays on your device
Your courses, uploaded documents, lesson plans, exams, rubrics, student submissions, grades, feedback and prompts are stored and processed on your own computer or phone. SKTA's AI model runs locally; this content is not sent to us or to any AI service.
What our licensing service receives
- Your email address and, if you give it, your name.
- For each installation: a random installation identifier, its public key, a device name (for example "Pixel 8" or the computer name), the platform and the SKTA version.
- The time of each access check, and whether you downloaded an approved update.
We use this only to verify your email address, approve and manage access, enforce the demo period, offer approved updates and protect SKTA against misuse. We do not sell it, use it for advertising or track your activity inside SKTA. SKTA has no remote access to your files, camera, microphone, messages or other apps.
Website requests
Details you send through the demo-request or contact form are used only to reply to you and to manage your beta access.
Retention and your rights
Beta access records are kept while the beta runs and deleted on request afterwards. You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you by emailing skta.klyra@gmail.com or using the contact form. Uninstalling SKTA does not delete your teaching files automatically, so you remain in control of them.
Security
Access checks are signed by your installation's own key, stored with the operating system's key protection (Android Keystore on Android, Windows data protection on Windows). Server responses are cryptographically signed and verified by the app.
